Hello, just to clarify, we care about our customers as much as we can, we have more than half million orders completed and is normal that sometimes from thousands ot customers there can be weird cases however we work happy and long time with more than 20.000 thousand of customers and we have more than +600.000 orders completed and this is because we have a good reputation and we work hard to keep working happy and long time with each customer.
One of the cases mentioned is already solved and the user is actually placing more orders every day. The other case lied and we proved that to the moderator so we expect to get this solved in short as well, you can wait somedays and check back but please, we would appreciate to don’t start thinking based in those two things as 1 is solved and the customer is buying actually back and the other is not true and we proved that to the admin.
Our team works very hard and non stop to keep working with everyone in the best mode and for us is very important the good reputation we have, so, I hope this clarify all the things about it better in your mind.

After going through the SL thread I cannot imagine how to deal with that kind of terrible customer support.
I use several other panels and I have to rely heavily on the customer support to sort things out on a daily basis.
Trust me on this there will be issues on every panel out there no matter what they claim and you will have to get in touch with them to resolve them.
If the customer support is polite, efficient and responsible, you will have a good time so consider that when choosing one.
