You should buy BTC when the price is 20% of its ATH, and don't sell until you reach at least 50x.
For example you would have seen that BTC was an ATH of ~$1175 in Nov 2013, so you put in a buy order at $235 (20%) which gets filled in February 2015. So you put in a sell order at $11750 ($235 x 50) which gets filled in Nov 2017. Then in December 2017 BTC hit a new ATH at ~$19800 so you put in a buy order at $3960 which gets filled in Dec 2018 so then you put in a sell order for $198000 which is actually a good number because there will be a lot of resistance at $200k. Then just continue repeating.
The real trick is patience. You don't obsess over your investment, just set your limit orders and leave them alone for months or years until they execute.

Will again BTC is going to touch below $ 10000?
No one knows. Over the long term, the price of BTC will increase (due to more increased acceptance, therefore demand, coupled with dwindling supply). But it's impossible to say that "BTC will never again go below $10000" until it hits an ATH above $50k, and it's not even half way there yet.
