Hi, your software was working perfectly on my mac yesterday but stopped working today. It's forcing me to update, but your website only offers the windows version now. Is there no Mac version support anymore? If not, why can't I just continue using the previous version since ir was previously working fine on mac?
 
Hi @afinefrenzy, it was probably a temporary issue with the website. Go here: risedecoded.com and click on the purple "Free Download" button.

A popup will appear, and you can choose to download the windows or mac last version of the software.

Hi @Sonish, Instagram released a new update a few days ago. At the moment the Free plan is not working, but the Premium plans are working fine.

I'm monitoring the situation closely and I will update the software in a few days to fix this problem.

I tried on both chrome and firefox, regular and incognito mode. Both couldn't work. As soon as I type in my email the payment field gets grey out. It doesn't say email invalid or anything. If I don't type '.com' it says invalid email but the payment field is available. The problem mostly because of the dot thing I guess ...
Here's the error code when I type '.com' or .*

Thank you everyone for your patience! @Bartosz Chromiński The software at the moment is not working on the free plan, but it's working on the premium plans.

The situation is not good, but we identified the problem and we are preparing an update that will solve the issue and will be released in a few days.
