How Can I Automatically Unfollow on Instagram?

Thanks, I will try it out.
I got Combin for my desktop and it lets you do this. You can unfollow everyone who doesn't follow you back or just pull up the list of such people and choose how many to unfollow (maybe the ones you've been following the longest with no follow back).
You can set how long you want it to wait between each unfollow too. I will warn you though, I'm currently dealing with some sort of action block that hasn't gone away and I don't know if I caused it by using this app. Full disclosure.

Click Not followers and see a list of all users that don't follow you back. Click Select All and then push Unfollow the users button to mass-unfollow all Instagram accounts that don't follow you

what do you mean by "not followers" i belive there's no such button on IG

Just download the instagram mod app there u can get option to see those people who don't follow you and to unfollow them.
It will also not cause any account block as i have been using it from 2 months

Basta scaricare l'app mod di instagram lì puoi ottenere l'opzione per vedere quelle persone che non ti seguono e per smetterle di seguirle.
Inoltre, non causerà alcun blocco dell'account poiché lo uso da 2 mesi

Lot's of good options already mentioned, but an easer option could be to download the "Cleaner for Instagram" app from the app store. I know this is available for IOS not sure about the others. In the app, you can create a queue of accounts to unfollow (i.e. users that don't follow you back) then the app will go through and slowly unfollow the accounts in that queue at a rate that won't get your account blocked or banned

I've tried that app in the past. but I was blocked very early. now works?
