Considering you would have a fairly good CPM (above 2$ per 1000 views, which is not the standart anymore unfortunately), you would need 50 Million to 75 Million Views per month to reach that goal.

not if your in a high cpm niche, also running multiple channels in different niches can help

you could reach your goal if you use Affiliate links or sell products in your Videos descriptions , A Million subscribers alone won't do you much tho .
