If he's using people's credit card details to sign them up to stuff that don't want then that's just straight up illegal fraud. BHW did the right thing not allowing that to be sold here. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is a black hat SEO forum not a black hat illegal methods forum...

WHAT!???? This is fucking ILLEGAL.. it is not BH marketing. If Roy is selling methods like this through BHW but outside the market place (aka no mod approval) this needs looked at ASAP.. a trail leads back here and we’ll have some sensationalist article on news sites about the forum again, as fuck knows how many people he’s selling this “method” to.

And that forbidding illegal stuff is to protect members, which is great.
He has also banned himself for 30 days after receiving a lot of criticism for some reason.

Hforum is full of methods that are "revolutionary" and "can be scaled passively to 500k per month" then you buy it and receive a method from 2010 that was already bad

One more query. Suppose I have replied to some WTB thread and mentioned that I sell reddit accounts. Now if some other member sends me a pm to buy and I sell him those accounts, is it still a violation ?

I think you need to ask yourself what is the sellers motive is for taking the discussion off the platform in the first place?
If a seller is directing you to their sales thread on BHW that's fine. If someone's posting indirectly trying to raise interest in a product that has already been rejected ref https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/a-real-blackhat-methods-section.1225997/page-5#post-13138682 that's not fine and would start to ring alarm bells to me. We'd infract and warn them before removing them. If it's pure spam they get an instant removal.

This is the way I think about it.
I'm buying a service from someone on any forum. I check out their post history and they have a strong rep, knowledge of the niche I'm buying in and speak with other members in a professional manner/ a way I'd like to work. That's great so I go and look for their service on the forums moderated marketplace and they don't have one..... Ummm ok
Not necessarily a bad thing but I'll go and do deeper DueDIlligance first. Why are they trying to circumvent the process? What wouldn't their service be accepted? What's the deal here? I'll probably find someone else that's selling openly and within the rules of the forum as I'm more likely to get what I'm paying for.
But that's my personal view.
As a forum we try and be open to all views, moderate hard - kick scammers and spammers and provide options and community for those looking to take the long journey that is IM with all it's twists and turns. As with life you need to use your own common sense and do your own Due Diligence on anything you buy to ensure it's the right thing for you.

Ok, ladies and gentlemen, before we start this massacre, first of all the method is not about carding or id theft. Op is using a cc offer, so i told him he could go really blackhat on that, but I advised against it.
Now, this is what happened:
1. Broke the rules and sent contact info on PMs (My bad, no excuse)
2. I answered all questions of OP, evry single one of them. He got the method, told him how to apply it.
3. He felt bad and regreted the sale and wanted out. Dude, its a blackhat method and its not about scamming or anything illegal. I told you how to work on it on your site. Really.
4. He asked for refund and I declined as I told him and showed him everything needed to make it work and I cant make him "unsee" everything he learned.
5. A sudden change of heart is not valid as he knew the method was blackhat in nature, though nothing illegal nor carding, obv. (I do have standards on the blackhat stuff i do)
6. It was 0.1 btc, not $800.
7. Its 5:30am here and i havent slept amd I'm on my phone, so sorry about spelling and grammar errors.
I understand why you guys are against blackhat methods here, I guess its true that some people cant handle well real blackhat methods. Though thats not an excuse, he knew what he was getting into and its not a scamming method.
Anyway, OP paid, got the method and everything in betwee, he regrets the purchase, wants out and I decline a refund.
It doesnt involve cc or carding, you know that, dont say bs man, come on.
