co-reg my ass.. it’s flat out fraud, he even in other screenshots suggests that OP use cc details on other offers, you shouldn’t even be storing cc details like that.. that alone is a breach of privacy, data protection laws, all sorts of shit and definitely illegal.
Once again, some of the replies in here astonish me.

People out here thinking calling something a different name makes it not illegal. Dude you can haul cocaine and call it an agregated supstance but see what will happen once you get caught.
If offers required only data from a phonebook , the companies would use one and not wait for you on leads.
Even if its not explicitly said you need to understand that offers require cc authentication.
Unless you know some offers that are newsletters and just pay for a name and email ( if you do PM me ) I got a whole bunch of phonebooks

You will get in hot water for robo call, or calls without prior connection to your business to a PRIVATE cell number.
So if this gets you sued and fined, you think using people's data without consent is Blackhat?
CAN SPAM
So you must adhere to strict standards, opt out functionality etc... or again you get fined... So is it ok to use people's data and sign them up for shit?

Keep your BS excuses for the judge... and don't think to hide behind a cheap VPN/proxy is enough...Remember silk road ... yeah most ppl make mistakes.. you could call that karma bitch...
