Scammed by Royserpa for $800

FINAL VERDICT (from me - though I'm not a MOD)

Quit the drama. Give OP 50% ... OP we both know that you don't NEED to use it on CC and besides, how would you collect CC info in the first place? Do you do that know - or is it collected via a 3rd party provider like Paypal or Stripe ... in which case you can only see the last 4 digits of a card.

OP is full of it and using hyperbole in order to get the outcome he wants - i.e a full refund.

Is 50% refund acceptable to both parties?

OP didn't suggest it at all he asked if that what it was after Roy said it's using peoples details. I think you are purposely being dishonest there because it is as clear as day what way round it went.
OP said it's too risky as soon as Roy said yes it's using people's cc.

If he does not care about his reputation then he looses in the long run and will only have to build another acc again on bhw which will take months to years, that is, if he is not caught by bhw MOD. The total amount he scam is not up to 5k, few weeks From now he would have spent everything after that what else. He loose in the long run as his reputation will be nothing to talk about again on bhw

Co-registration isn't fraud.

OP is the one that's making the whole method about collecting CC info (which he can't even do and doesn't even do right now).

Roy told him to use the method in a different niche - where he collects solar leads or movie leads and then registers them onto other solar or other movie offers.

At least that's what it looks like to me.

He is right. And it clearly looks like op had no idea that it was a method related with fraud so a full refund should be issued, some punishment as well for both sides.
Do any of you guys have any idea why @Fenix19 got banned???

Filling in offers yourself with aggregated lead data isn't co-reg.

This method is no different to going through the phone book and signing people up to offers without their knowledge or permission.

Co-registration without consent ? Does the person know that u are doing essentially data collecting and giving permission for you to co-register those infos ? Since it's been sold on hack forum, I'm highly guessing not and since mods didnt allow it to be sold here, kinda guess it's shady.
