I see that so many pages disabled I think I have to build new. So this is a lot of work.
I also regroup my team, invite my friend to join my team. Im planning to do in another network (Twitter, Instagram, and Adwords)
I will share if I get good result from them. Also if you have any suggestion to promote CPA Offer on those network let me know

Yeah, it will be better to use SMTP instead of Gmail.
I think you use mail merge to send hundreds of emails per day. If few of them reported it as spam then the email would get banned.

I wanted to give this method a try and once again my only problem is locked account. There's only one account that keeps running but now all the others I add get phone locked again and again and my settings are super slow. Guess I maybe leave footprints (dont know how I use different proxies for each) or don't warm up properly!

2. Maybe 7 days. I tested old account is very strong, but yeah its expensive for newcomers.
