I suggest you learn CPA + Youtube method. It's worth and still working. If you can earn money from that, try to learn FB ads + CPA. I see many people earn $$$/day using FBads + CPA. Also its very easy to scale. But there is a secret behind it, because if you just promote fake campaign / black hat cpa, your ads immediately disapproved. I also still learn how to do with FBads, if i know how to do it, I will share in this thread. Good luck!

I think for create an adsCPA on fb, just create a simple campaing and after the fb accept it and have some reach/engagement, then edit it ( update ) to a adsCPA. i don't know if this work or not but its just a think.
