CPABuild is much better I think.
Also its very newbie-friendly, and a lot of templates + locker you can use there.

I have some questions if you don't mind
Was there any upfront investment before you start ?
If yes could you break down all the expenses since you started ? do you buy the facebook accounts you use or are you cracking them ?
So basically you've tweaked your method as i see what you are doing now is using an opt in page where you only post in fb groups with your accounts to collect emails .. then you make the conversion out of your emails sent ?
Are you still trying out 5 niches at a time ?

I've tried almost 30 niches. And the profitable are only maybe 3.What a great progress so far

I buy them in "black market" xD Cheap only for short term (5 = 50 accs). But if you lucky, the account can more longer active.

Both of them mate. Some of niches use content locker, some of them direct (optin)
