I hate to leave this review but I'm not happy with the service. The scraped data is perfectly fine but turnaround time and communication from the seller is unacceptable. My first order took over a week and several follow up emails to get delivered. However, since I was happy with the data provided and in hopes that the long turnaround time and lack of communication was just an exception, I placed another order last Friday. Since then, nothing but crickets. No acknowledgment of the order and obviously no data delivery. Too bad how they run their business because the product itself is solid, but I will probably not order again after this experience twice. Rant over. Hope I'll get an update on my order soon!

When I placed order I was told by DM it would take a few days. Later I got update by email confirming my order was almost ready, and a few hours link was provided to download.

I understand the service MUST be slow. If they try to go too fast they will be banned by IG. Slow is better than no data at all.

Overall, happy and will order again.

Order delivered today. Sorry you didn't hear from us in BHW pm though we sent you an email about order confirmation since you ordered. Actually, you placed 2 orders and with special requirements. The first was to split 50k data between two usernames. The second is a huge 350k data and we know Instagram is a tough platform to Scrape from.

If you don't hear from us, why not quickly follow up via Skype id: money3xpower or email money3xpower[at]outlook.com It takes only a few minutes to get a response as we are always online, that's why support and VA exists. Ranting wouldn't make delivery faster as we are neither Instagram nor the cloud server. And this isn't fair on a sale thread dedicated to help IMers. I am glad you mentioned the quality of this data and its potential to convert is solid.

We are always happy to help solve issues amicably. As of now, there are 17 projects running in our server. If we deliver too fast, the quality will be a trade-off and will often get accounts banned as we have invested in tons of accounts in case of a ban. We just don't want to burn everything overnight. This program run clients' project in multiple instances and proxy pool at the same time.

Please understand, it may take a few more hours/days to deliver your data package, depending on the amount of IG data that you bought. Hope that clears all delivery doubt.

This recommendation is available only in Gold and Platinum orders. Splitting an order between 2 usernames is possible with gold and platinum orders only. Not allowed in small orders as we are avoiding to not waste too much time on setting up different projects in our server. One username = one project. Multiple usernames mean more time to process and stress.
