To prevent any of you guys from getting scammed: here is a review post i googled ("Instadub review") and found on instadub. Use them at your own peril:
- They strongly encourage payment by bitcoin – This is a very big flag in itself.
Where do we strongly encourage bitcoin? We offer bitcoin payments on the purchase page, after paypal payment link and in smaller. The reason we offer BTC is because users have asked us to. The 30 refund period still stands with BTC payments and you will be refunded at USD to BTC are the point of refund not on what you paid. The same as it works for paypal, if yoy pay in your home currency, paypal will use that days exchange rate for purchase and refund.
- There only seems to be one package available that is currently "heavily" discounted. They avoid a subscription model - This is the biggest red flag. Subscription would require lower fees and can be cancelled.
What are you talking about? One package? There is one package because there is one version of the software. Yes we choose to offer one time purchases as it has suited us for the last 7-8 years of business. People who paid 8 years are are still getting updates. Please name one other automation company still in business after years with a subscription model? There is no reason a subscription model is more long term than a one time purchase model. If you knew anything about business you would know this, obviously you don't.
- They certainly don’t have 24/7 support. In fact, they make it pretty hard to contact them about anything related to their services.
This is an outright lie. Just do a search on BHW and the one thing you will read time and time again is praise for our support. Now compare this to what you read about the support of similar companies. Why do users of our products not post all over BHW "how do I do this in rootjazz product" because they get support from us.
I am not aware of any similar companies with a public support board, as we are proud of the support we give and happy to have potential users read it before purchasing.
- Verified Payments: there doesn’t seem to be a verified payment system. In fact, they recommend emailing your payment through as one of their options. If this isn’t dodgy, I don’t know what is.
Purchase page > click purchase, go through paypal system. No emailing required. Payments can be sent manually via other systems if that suits you and the options from your home country
Considering you don't seem to know your arse from elbow, just because you don't know doesn't say a lot
- There is not a single negative review on their product - Even Jarvee had these.

I have suffered at the hands of such "one time offer lifetime purchases" products and naturally am skeptical.
and what does that have to do with us?
I'm not saying they're scammers,
because you'd be an idiot to come on to our BST, where numerous users have verified to the contrary and posted positive views of our products, where I have been a member for nearly 8 years and call me a scammer. If that was true, the BST would be closed and I would have been banned a long time ago
but they have a lot of flags.

The biggest rule for such product is not to accept any model that is not a subscription model.
lol. If you want to go pay $10 $20 $50+ a month to some brand new service, go ahead. But come back to this thread in a year and tell me if that service is still going. Because I know we will be
A subscription model enforces certain behaviours in the seller, an important one of which is Program Maintenance and good service delivery. A one time purchase has no such obligation. You're on your own immediately you click the buy button.
Go pick one of these mythical subscription model programs now grab the changelog / updates made to their product over the last 1, 2, 3 years and compare to the number of updates we have put it.. Oh, can you not? Is it not public? Our changelog is public.
Now do the same for their support system, find out how long it takes on average for someone to reply over the last 30 days, 60 days 1 year, 2, years, 5 years, 7 years. We have that data, all public.
Woe is you if you used bitcoin, Then you're really screwed.
Please find someone who paid with BTC and wanted a refund and didn't get one.
