Hello everyone, i hope y'all doing well, i just wanted to get this of my chest
I had made a stupid decision to invest in stuff using other people's money.
I am still 15 years old, and i feel like such a fool
I had lent 4600€ from people and used all that in a investment i really trusted. So what happened, i lost around 800€ and now i have to repay that, i feel like such a fool, and so fucking stupid dumb and everything, how could i think it was smart to do when im fucking 15 years old, i thought too much of myself.
So now i worked myself into some stupid shit. And i just cant get over the stress its giving me. I have to repay 800€, i already put all the things in my house that seemed unnecessary for sale(entertainment stuff) so now i only need to repay like 300-500€ but still how am i going too do this.
How could i even be such a dumb idiot to get into this in the first place. Man i just cannot explain this feeling, its just all my fault
I just wanted to get this off my chest, cause i am so worthless.
I wish everyone a good day, and please never make any mistakes like i did.
If anybody has any tips for me or just advice to help me out, or give me life lessons please contact me on or BHW
Well, as Bleak as it may seem for you at the moment, there is quite is silver lining for you in this situation, if you choose to redirect your attention there.
1) €800 is not an insurmountable amount of money. It may seem overwhelming at the moment, but if you put one foot in front of the other resolving this, you will have it repaid before you know it.
2) to piggyback on my previous point, although is not amenable amount of money, it is enough to hurt a little bit. These are growing pains, making mistakes and doing the footwork to correct them is what "growing up" or "adulting" is all about. Keep up this attitude and you will progress beautifully
3) your ability and and willingness to accept responsibility for your actions, in a public forum, are very telling about your character and moral compass, as well as level of maturity in the most positive possible way. That is, assuming you that your actions IRL align with your words here. ( I have no reason to believe that they don't oh, I have a rather finely-tuned crap detector and I don't detect any crap in that post). Maintain that moral compass, that is indicative of class. By class, I don't mean money - money doesn't buy class nor does class cost anything, it's a way you carry yourself - and the classiest thing you can do at this moment is to follow through with setting right that wrong.
4) in your post, what I did not hear was blame shifting or " boohoo I'm a victim" - that takes a certain level of maturity, integrity and that unfortunately, many adults never reach. I can't tell you how many 40 year olds I know who, if in your shoes, would somehow fail to see where they were wrong, downplay it, turn it into how they were victimized, an attempt to evade responsibility for repayment by deferring it to whoever it was that you invested with.
In short, you are far from stupid, you are growing up, learning lessons, going through some of life's "tests" that we all get presented with, and doing much better than you probably think.
Chin up, one foot in front of the other, continue walking through this like a man.
I'm proud of you
