Google Adwords - Advertising on Google and Youtube

Can I advertise on Google and Youtube under 1 budget?

Also, does the daily budget ad spend depend on how many people I can reach daily? ( I am guessing it works similar to Facebook?)

Final question, which is better in terms of reaching as many people and is more visual Google ads or Youtube ads?

YouTube ads is done thru Google ads. There is similarity between fb and google ads but if you are familiar with fb ads, then google ads is not a problem. In terms of number of reach per budget, it depends on what you are advertising; competition; demographs, etc...
