Only 3 ads per page. Not too many. All my post are 600+ words so they are not too many... not even close to each other.

Then it would be too many clicks from a single page/post. Otherwise, They wouldn't limit ad serving.

This has happened to me before. There are many reasons for ad serving to be restricted. I got the same problem on my website 2 months back because of high CTR.
