Hey guys, I have recently purchased one account from 2ND Chance. Here is my review:
I purchased the package with a physical credit card. He delivered the package of the account information right after he received my BTC.
The information package comes with a portable Firefox, a doc that state all the information about the accounts I need to know and a copy of ID and utility bill.
All the accounts have been setup in the Firefox, including all the setting, password, and proxy. I only need to change the password and email to use the accounts, super easy.
With this package, I got one verified Paypal business account, one European EMI bank account that connect to the Paypal account and one level 1 verified Crypto currency exchanger account.
Furthermore, 2nd Chance sent out the physical credit card 1 day after using DHL. I got this physical package in one week, which includes one credit card and one mobile SIM card.
All the described items were received within one week. This seller is a legit seller without any doubt.
Beside the product itself, the seller also provides a very good supporting after purchasing.
The Paypal account got limited after three days I start using it to collect payments. Paypal asked me for the following information:
A photo ID:
This is not a problem because 2nd Chance has already provided it. It got accepted by paypal within one day.
Proof of fulfillment:
This is a hard one because I am selling digital products and Paypal do not like digital product no matter how legit the products are.
Therefore, I asked 2nd Chance to sent some poster card from the Paypal account's country to my buyers using trackable postal services. He help me with this within one day and he did not charge me any extra for this service. I then have the tracking numbers that paypal wants.
Purchase receipt from suppliers
I use an free invoice creating tool to create a fake invoice with the real company information that 2nd chance provided.
Information on account activity:
I just made up a story.
This limitation by Paypal is super normal. All my paypal accounts (I have run 6 stealth paypal accounts so far) have been asked for the same information. So, if you are going to purchase and run a stealth Paypal account, be sure you ready to be asked for the same information. If you are selling legit physical products, you do not have to worry about it at all then.
Overall, the product and service is the best in the market based on my own experience. I wish 2nd Chance could make a good fortune with it and hope he can maintain the quality of the product and his support.
I am still waiting Paypal to review my account. Once I got the account restored, I will test the withdrawal and update you guys.

Update:
I got the Paypal account restored after the day I post the review.
I request a withdrawal of 200 EUR right away. It went through to the EMI account next time. The EMI account charge $5 EUR transaction fee.
I then go to an ATM to withdraw $100 AUD cash, the transaction fee is $7.5 AUD. Not sure if this is a fixed charge or percentage charge. (Overall transaction fee from Paypal to Cash is more than 10%)
Overall everything went well and works perfectly.
Hope Paypal go easy on me this time.
