Dealing with DMCA claims??

I'm in a niche where the DMCA claims are justified, but how do I deal with them?

Should I just remove the link from my website and file a counter-notice? I don't mind deleting those links as long as my homepage(main URL) stays on SERPS.

Sorry but i cant tell you that ,but lets just say its not a streaming website. They own the copyright, but I post their content on my website and sell memberships so people can download those files etc,so i was just curious of what should i do

See if you are affiliating the same content owner then yiu can contact them and discuss. But yes if you are affiliating someone else then definitely they will claim again and again.

well i don't mind that as long as my main url is unaffected that is the reason why i am asking what should i do but thanks anyway, maybe someone who knows more or who is in similar situation will reply on this topic i guess

Yes you should and then file a counter notice to google. They usually reply in less than a week. Wish you a good luck.

Also, you should use a DMCA free hosting. Because many hosting companies do not even care about the counter DMCA - they will force you to remove the entire page.

Im already using offshore hosting, been using them for more than a year and never had a problem, they wipe their assess with DMCA reports hahaha but thanks for letting me know, maybe someone will read this!
