How many of you use original windows 10 license?

I purchased Windows 7 DVD and then upgraded to Windows 10 from the same Windows 7 PC. Yes, original Windows 7 license. But that was years ago. After that I switched to Linux Ubuntu and never look back again.

10 is like injecting aids into your PC.

Try the original windows 10 (I bought it for $199 as far I can remember), you will fall in love with it. It took me years to move onto windows 10. Now, I can't live without it. You will need good hardware nevertheless. Also, don't shut down the updates. Yeah, it can be buggy a few times (only bug I have faced till date was the double login bug, which was wayy back), but they fix it pretty quickly.

Nahh, they also sell laptops without any operating system (rather,free dos only). I too bought a laptop with no OS. I purchased the OS separately.

I use the version downloaded from Microsoft website - it has the "the windows is not activated" watermark on the bottom right of the screen and I can't change the colors of the UI. Other than that it has worked for over 2 years so.. the watermark doesn't bother me that much and it was totally free.

I had Windows 10, and my laptop was slow as honey (It's not a great one, so fair enough) - Swapped to Windows 7 and it was literally lightning fast. 10x the speed is an understatement.

Also strongly dislike the fact that W10 sends user info, AKA https://www.techradar.com/uk/news/windows-10-could-still-be-snooping-on-user-data - Gross. Oh, and the search function is absolutely useless.
