Summary
For the review, I asked the seller to create a Google Play account for me. The details of my review are below.

Service Information

• The account was provided to me in about 24 hours. The original estimate was for 8 hours, but the seller took some extra time to make sure everything was fine with the account, which I can appreciate.
• @vinku sent me detailed instructions on logging into the account.
• The seller also sent me the details for the account, including the developer name, phone number, region, address, gender, DOB, city, state, and country.
• The seller also sent me some additional details for the sake of the review regarding the account creation process, such as the SIM card they used to phone verify the account.
• As for the Google Play account itself, the developer account had a custom name (we'll just say "picked by me") and had a phone number attached to it. It appeared fresh, just as advertised.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.

No I cannot. I have access to REAL polish bank cards, SIM cards and locations. It means, I cannot provide same quality service for different country.

Don't worry, you can login from any country and location using my accounts.

Nah, I don't have aged accounts. It is not important with Google Play. You can have 1 year account and it's still fresh, until you not get authority factor (uploading app and getting installs).
Even with 15mln installs account, fresh apps getting review by moderator now
