Absolutely. I would recommend buying a few aged Facebook accounts or creating a few new ones if you don't have the budget and set them up as fake personas. Post and share content every few days to look real. Start joining as many groups related to your quiz site as you can.
Once you get approved into lots of groups on all of your accounts, start sharing links to your quiz site each day or two mixed in with some other memes or filler content. The key here is to make it seem like the quiz is fun and that you are sharing something valuable with the groups and not just spamming your links. Be creative and think outside the box. But yeah, in general the multiple accounts posting to multiple groups each day thing works really well if you stay consistent. Bonus points if you join the same groups on all your accounts and cross like and comment on the posts you've made on the other accounts to generate more social proof and bump your posts to the top of the group.

One decent way to get your first hundred or so group members is to do the following:
- Identify the topic or niche you want your group to be based around.
- Find the biggest pages in that niche that are getting the biggest engagement & have the most likes. Write them down.
- Keep an eye out for when they post. Each time they do, comment your quiz link and something like "Love it! Check out this quiz! " or something like that to entice them to click through.
Some of the bigger pages get tons of reach so piggybacking on this works really well. You may want to use a fake or aged account to do this to avoid getting your main Facebook account banned. Bonus points if you have a VPN and can make multiple fake accounts to do this at a larger scale or if you have the budget to buy some accounts.
How to advertise in FB groups without getting banned.
If you approach it like you're advertising, you're going to get banned most of the time unfortunately when it comes to FB Groups. The key is to think outside the box a little bit and make it seem like you are providing value to the group and not just trying to sell. Instead of promoting directly in the group maybe set up a simple little blog and make a post about how awesome whatever it is you're selling is and why it is worth buying or maybe write a positive review on the product.
Then share that to the group saying something like "Hey guys, found this great helpful article which has really helped me a lot. Highly suggest checking it out!". Doing this will usually satisfy the group mods and is a really good strategy in general. Do this in multiple groups on multiple accounts for best results. Good luck!
