Also regarding the downtime this is not true, we had a small downtime on the netherlands node which was fixed immediatly. Thank you

Sir i just connected to your server via putty and it is working.
Also ip is pingable

Sir your data should be on the server, we did not make any modifications on your server. May i know the reason you booted the server in rescue mode ? Usually rescue mode is only used in case in emergency.

In January, I paid the server 3 months in advance.
You got the money, but after a month you turned off my server!!! What the heck??

Because I could not wait for an answer from support I paid an invoice for one more month, so that my server would return to work ASAP.

Then the server was supposedly activated, but it was unreachable trough ping and SSH.

That is why I've tried to run Rescue mode.

A re-installation was initiated from your account on 28 Feb 2020 at 15:56CET for server 95395. Once a re-installation has started the data on the disk will be wiped.

Oh, no no!!! Don't tell me that it was my fault. This is at least not decent. This is really unprofessional. I've never clicked OS Reinstall, I've clicked RescueSystem which should not wipe the disk. Moreover there should be warning about disk wipe that was not there. Damn. It's a pity I have no opportunity to call you to account!
