The higher your CTR the lower is your CPC. It's always good to have a high CTR.

The CTR has nothing to do with your conversions. What you mean is the CVR. Conversion Rate.

The cost of traffic is irrelevant if you dont have something to sell people want to buy. Whatever tne cost it is a waste of money.

Better to first have proof of concept then, worry about cost of traffic.
 
That means your ad relevance score is bad, I pay $.06 a click on desktop and $.04 on mobile. You have to create ads with a high click through rate to get a score of 9 or 10 to get a cheap rate.

Optimise your ad by constantly changing it and test it to see what yields the best results. The higher the relevance score, the cheaper it will be but at the same time it depends on the country you are targetting.
