I have hundreds of domains in the list. There's always something to choose from. And it doesn't mean that those are the only sites in the list, not at all. Most are custom found by niches for specific customer needs.
And links from Forbes, etc, is an indicator that those domains might have other high authority links. Links from Forbes are hard to come by and it still does good for SEO no matter if it's no-follow.

Update:
At first @jefis did not have a link in my niche, but he went out and found some really good ones. This was my first time buying an expired domain, or anything from BHW for that matter! I did a lot of reading on here about PBNs and expired domains and ended up with a ton of questions. Jefis was very patient with me and answered all of my "newb" questions.
I ended up buying a domain from him that had several REALLY GOOD backlinks (DA 70-90). The price was fair and reasonable. Once I chose my domain, I had it "in my hands" with about 12 hours. Very fast turn around and responses to emails. Definitely 5 stars.
