Longest shadowban on IG

Hi,
What was your longest shadowban on IG?
I am shadowbanned for more than 2 month. (Exactly 64 days today). Previously I use to get banned for 15 days max but this is the longest. Should I expect getting my shadowban lifted up or it will be permanent.

1. Stop botting
2. Disable account for 72h
3. Post something withough hashtags
4. Create and ad and promote that post. Use a 5$ - 6$ (2$ / day) and start engaging with your followers, followings: like, like comments, reply, mentions etc.

It should be lifted if you do all of these above

I’ve been shadowbanned for more than a month. I finally got out following these steps:

Switch from creator back to business;
Make my profile private after that for 2 days;
Stop posting for 3 days and stop making histories;
After that i made a promotion on a video i posted (25€)

After some days everything got normal

Did you use Instagram in app promotion or used Facebook business and linked your Ig page and then promoted?

I have multiple accounts and few of them accounts have been shadow banned. They are banned a month ago and still not removed.
