If you mean Instagram accounts, the usual 15-20. However, I have received mixed reports from IG users testing growing accounts with Jarvee or Gram Multi 2 on these ips , so I cannot say precisely if they will be suitable for you. Good for accounts creation though.

What happens if we hit 5GB of data usage?

You just pay for more data allocation at $2/GB. Issue is that in Nigeria where these ips are from, there is nothing like unlimited data, so unfortunately, I can not offer that

I have currently no other ips than these mobile Nigerian ips in use by 60m people. I have tried to calculate the ips available on the network based on their ip range and I see its about 600,000. Of course a good part of that will be reserved, so whats actually in use will be less than that, increasing the odds of being able to mix botting activities in the crowd,

This 5gb limit is definitely a problem, it makes me think if it will be enough for 20 accounts following 300 people per day, specially with my tight user filters, which makes the account use more data because it's scraping more users to find the right ones.

I think your proxy should be cheaper since there's people here offering 4g proxies with unlimited bandwith with a better price. Just a feedback.

Well, each provider positions their proxies towards the market where they feel they are best suited or more effective. Mine are geared mainly towards account creation and light work requiring different ips such as scraping etc, though you can also do other things with them. So with its gearing, 5 GB is more than sufficient. unlimited plans do not exist in my country. The plans are limited by data transfer. Just because they are limited by data transfer does not make them any cheaper. Data is actually more expensive in my country than with my competitors offering unlimited bandwidth so it really depends on what you want to do.
