What tools do i need and where to find them (VPN, hosting VPS, domain name...)

Tor nodes are the vulnterable parts of the tor network - the entry node = your isp can see that you've connected to tor, next node - relay, it's the 2nd hop so it's the most secure one, the third node is the vulterable part = here the encryption ends and if this is a rouge node (set up by LAPD or some1 wanking to reading other ppls PGP mails) and your activity is revealed.

Host your private exit node, host your private vpn server where you connect to TOR from.
And to host your site - use a home-crafted thin client as a web server in tor, connected to an internet connection not bought by you.

no tor network operates their own tld which isn .onion

2) Reverse proxy + CloudFlare + OVH this can do aswell but not strong as bulletproof.
