Hey guys,

I'm new to BHW and would appreciate if you answer this question.

Currently I have an adult site, traffic is preety low and was thinking to use Facebook to get more traffic by allowing people to share my site on FB.. I know FB doesn't allow adult, so can get around this?

I heard buy a new domain and redirect that domain to my main site would work, make people share the site on the fake domain and then redirect them to my main site.. is that an option?

Thanks

Didnt get what you are trying to convey

I dont want to risk my domain in the process of testing, want to know the proper way to do it.

Do you mean cloaking?

Facebook doesn't allow Adult stuff like that, So the domain you will be using will get banned and mostly like if you are running ads they will not get approved in the first place.

You are way better of focusing on Twitter and Reddit. They allow Adult Niches.

There is plenty of guides on how to get adult traffic from both platforms on here!

Is true that FB doesn't allow adult, but you can post borderline and still hitting some of your niche targets. Is difficult to give an example without knowing what adult niche you are working. Take a look at your competitors and be aware of the channels used to bring traffic to their sites. Good luck, is a very competitive niche.

Thanks for both for your replies. What I am trying to do is lock some content with a content locker an tell the user if they wish to access that "premium" content they should share, like and complete a simple survey/CPA offer. If my content starts getting shared on FB, eventually FB will block my domain altogether correct? That is my concern. Is there a way to getting around that?

I am not looking to run any FB ads, just good old viral content. Getting free traffic through sharing. 1 user can potentially get me 5-10 others for free.

I am newbie and just getting started so not sure if what I am typing is making sense to you, appreciate the help.

Your domain is going to get blocked, yes. You will need to look into Cloaking for your main domain not to get blocked.

Again, I recommend focusing on Twitter or Reddit and even Instagram for Adult Niches. Facebook is too personal for people to share anything adult related.

Also, Content locking doesn't work with Adult niches since 99% of the stuff can be found for free so people are not going to bother with going through the locker unless it's some extreme creep looking for underage stuff.

Thanks for your reply. I will research cloaking.
Your right maybe adult is not the right niche for content locking.

If I would do other niches like iPhone giveaways, tablet giveaways, giftcards..etc that sort of stuff, will I be putting my domain in danger and should I be looking to cloak my domain?

I got lots of ideas to do with viral sharing but the stumbling block I see is facebook blocking my domain.. maybe that explains why people are not doing this stuff? I mean it is like free traffic, the sky is the limit by driving traffic that way, and not to mention after few thousand visitors to your site it might start getting to rank bringing in organic traffic..
