[Question] Delaware LCC | Stripe | Paypal

Hello GUYS !

It's been 20 days since i have created my thread about my Payment gateway nightmare (Link here), but unfortunately I still have not found a solution.

I created this post to get your opinion on two possible choices but quite difficult to implement in my case.

1. First Solution : Start an Delaware LLC to Use Stripe as a payment gateway.

The idea is quite simple; View that I can not use stripe, and that stripe is by far the most suitable service for me, so the solution is to open a company in Delaware. With this solution I will be totally legit.

Price : 179$ + 50$. + Annual fee : less than 500$.

2. Second Solution : Verified Stealth USA Stripe Account.

Unstable and risky solution; The trick is to buy a verified account at Black Code for example (Link Here)

Price : 175$. + Monthly VPS fee : 10$.

3. Third Solution : Buy Fake Bank Statement for Paypal.

View that I am in Africa and that paypal and that paypal does not currently accept African banks, I am obliged to use a foreign bank account. As you know it's almost impossible to open a bank account in a foreign country. But i have Payoneer!
Unfortunately, the two companies do not work together, and to have paypal as payment gateways, it is mandatory to confirm your bank account with a document.
The solution is to buy a fake Bank statement to Secondeye for example.

Price : 30$.

Hey Dude thank you for your comment!

I'm from Algeria (North Africa).
For the last option :

To have Paypal as a payment gateway you must add a bank account and confirm the bank account with a document (Bank statement).
Paypal don't allow African bank account, so i must have add a US or European bank account.
I only have Payoneer, it's a Virtual Bank account, and Paypal don't accept VBA and clearly not Payoneer.

So the third Solution is to buy a fake bank statement to confirm the bank account on paypal.

## For the last question; i'm trying since 3 Months to have a payment gateway lol.

Great! I'm from Kenya... One thing I can advise you is that going the "illegal"/unethical way is the only route.
I think you can use the PayPal way,, so that you link it with Payoneer and when they ask for verification, you provide the fake documents.
I have a coouple of friends doing it, I am not sure how they get the EIN and SSN documents since PayPal may ask for that.

N 26, it's not a payment gateway, it's a bank. As i mentionned i already have a credit card (Mastercard) at Payoneer.

Did you find a solution - Ore are you still stuck with finding a payment solution for your business ?

So you need a USA bank account to receive the stripe payments, correct? Thats it?
Im working on this tomorrow actually I just want to ensure that stripe will pay ou tot he account, even though the account owner is not a citizen, it should be fine I just want to double check.

Well I just ran into this issue and opened a thread since im only considering the LLC option because I will be clear and not have to deal with any legal problems and If I get sued by anyone my own assets will not be in risk. However right now I am still trying to figure out how the taxation will work since my customers will be mainly from the US and that will lead me into paying taxes to the US. I think the best solution is to just start it and when I start generating a great amount of money I'll just get an accountant to resolve the tax stuff. Let me know how is it going for you. Have you found the solution for you yet?

I'm pretty sure that for first option fees are bigger than you said.

You can do 3rd option just without faking documents. Here in Serbia you as foreigner can walk in any bank with a passport and get account in like 15 minutes. Stripe doesn't accept Serbia, but Paypal does.
You need like $200 for round trip plane ticket and that is it.

If you decide to do this I recommend you Banca Intesa, they offer completely free EUR accounts with free debit cards. You can also open multi currency account and fees are probably around $3 a month.
