About to reupload the app on Google Play

I had one app on google play but my account has been banned. I want to reupload its and i saw methods on this forum. But I have a few questions.

1) Which font do I must change for fingerprinting on VM? (Exp: Windows, Android Studio styles, or My app Font)

2) I will change my app's package name but can android studio send to Google my old package name when first open(for gradle) on VM? And can google log my VM?

3) Should I setup the VM on USB? Can Android studio or Chrome on host pc see VM's package on HDD?

4) I will change package name, class, strings, icon, screen images and code mixing. Must I change another things?

I will disconnect my host pc's internet and I will only connect the internet on VM. And I will change the ip address.

Why were u banned?

Because I opened new developer account and google banned me for multiple account. I was using different internet browser and I was cleaning cookies. But I forgot to exit other account and google saw this. I know i must use VM and different ip for this but I learned late. I will try to reupload now.

* Install few random fonts on VM
* Use Proxifier to connect VM to your internet proxy
* Build only VMAndroid Studio
* Delete .idea, .gradle, gradle and iml files in your project before import
* Disable Photoshop metadata before export
* Make sure the account is few days old to assure it has no link to banns
That's it you get banned again it will be because of your app nature or niched

Thanks for your reply. Can I use same title on Google Play? or some same words? and I have dynamic dsl internet connection. I will disconnect internet of all machines(host pc included) and I will connect only VM with new ip address. Is this enough?

Basically you only have to change package name, classes, images, title and description are secondary, that if your app is not in a copyrighted niche, meaning if you spammed whatsapp for example, same title and description will get you banned again for sure. but if it is a whitehat app no need to do that and make sure to remove photoshop metadata either ways.
One other thing banned keywords inside APK counts as a violation as well, something like TubeMate for example.
Make sure that only VM is connected to your router & restart router after you are done too.
