well it does that and more, and as for accounts getting banned thats entirely down to you and the way you use the software, all it does is automates and does the heavy lifting for tasks that would takes ages to do manually on facebook but your ultimately in control
and it doesnt currently support multple accounts simultaneously but i suppose you could always just run multiple instances as the software can also use proxies.

so i was lucky to have a review copy from OP and because i was previously using a script from codecanyon to do the jobs i was excited to see how this tool is different from that. But i was amazed by its performance. I think this tool is much better than fbgroup poster which i was using in past and almost got blocked from FB every second day actually its schedule timer is little complicated but this tools timer is easy to understand and if you schedule joining/posting delays wisely you will never get any block ban from FB.
