Hello when the application of the instagram does not block people I do not do it in the hour I was doing ~35. on the next day at the program I had at 20/30 Follow a hour but block me, What could be the problem? insta acc 6 months old. I use followplanner warm up cycle 1.

It started out well. However I am now also experiencing action/proxy blocks on warm up settings. I have tried 3 different proxies that are in good standing on bhw. Action/proxy blocked on all of them. After reaching out to support, who asked which "reliable proxies" I was using, I gave them the names of the 3 proxies which I had used, to which I have not received a response in nearly 2 days, even though I have opened 2 more tickets asking for a reply. When you are paying for a service, the least they could do is provide prompt responses, instead of wasting my money having the bot inactive while the days go by. Maybe I can get a reply here, or perhaps they only work Monday-Friday..?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Proxies can be super fickle, and sometime an account can plague any proxy you put on it because Instagram has already detected (suspected) automation on your account. I'll push your ticket to one of our main developers so we can address this issue a bit better.

On a bright side, we're working on a proxy solution that will allow users to use their own IP on their proxies. We're hopefully looking to launch this this week!
