NEED HELP with Kindle eBook!

Hello everyone,
I’m Johnny and I’ve been trying to sell my Kindle eBook on Amazon without any concrete result. I have no sales, the free promotion only brought me 50 downloads. Obviously, I didn’t really know how to advertise it..

Details: It’s a self-help book. A practical guide to goal achievement.

I am aware that I need some reviews to sell it. I would appreciate if you point me to someone who sells reviews that stick (at least 1-2 months) for a decent price (3$-5$). I also give the book for free in exchange to low-quality reviews.

How many do I need to at least get 10-20 orders?
Can Hitleap traffic make me rank better?
Where should I advertise?
What should I do next?

I don't really know how it works but I think you could put the price to 0$ during 1 or 2 months. It should help for reviews and start making your book known.

I finished my free campaign and I can't really make it 0$ again. But I can send the book through email to anyone willing to give a review.

Same happened to me, got around 150 downloads during the free days, then put the price to 0.99 and literally nobody bought it.

What an irony. Wrote "a practical guide to goal achievement" but not able to attain the goal of selling it.

Anyways I would suggest to ask your friends/relatives/colleagues or anyone you can get hold of to buy your eBook and write a good review.

You need to pay them for the price of the book and depending on your relationship with them you can pay them for the review as well.

Once you have some good reviews you will start getting sales.
