Hi every week there's a new bug, now if I set the post to be published at 7pm the app publish it 2 hours before...
at least he fixed previous bugs
the support is very slow and give poor answers
For now I'll continue using the app but i want the discount

Hi,

I used Follow Planner for a week and the tool is quite poor compared to other. There are tons of bug :

• The post planner doesn't work. I set a post to be published this morning but it was never published.
• So, I published it without planner with a caption and the caption disappeared when I published it. Lots of time lost..
• There is no stats on the follow back so you can't optimize the # or the account that you target
• At the beginning my account was disconnected every 2 hours
• The support is quite slow

So good idea but very poor execution.

I've been using FollowPlanner for a couple of days now and for the most part I'm happy with the service.

The follow/unfollow/like system is smooth and works great for me. I love that they also have presets for people who are unsure what settings they should be using when they start warming up their accounts.

I am having the same issues as other users here regarding posting. Sometimes my scheduled posts don't go out at the time I've set for them. Also, my Instagram stories spend a long time in the "Posting" mode. Like one of my stories has been "posting" for about 30 minutes now.

So hopefully that gets resolved.

It would also be nice if there was a way to group sources in the planner tab. Right now, all of the sources for all of my accounts are just bunched together. It'd be great if I could separate my sources into their own related accounts or niches for ease of access. Unless there's already a setting for this that I'm missing.

But for the price of this service and the convenience of being able to use it through the web makes this service a winner in my opinion. I'm sure the bugs will be resolved and the service will keep on improving, so I'll be trying it out for a while.

Unfortunately I won't be using this until they add the "add interacted users to blacklist" because I am worried about the risk of being reported if the bot over acts on actions with the same person, so I am hoping that if I wait they will add it

So good idea but very poor execution.

1. It's very likely that this could be an issue on your end. Please make sure you read the FAQ and help database.
2. Press the "update" button once you edit your caption. That's how you get captions to save!
3. Followback stats are only updated when you unfollow.
4. It's likely this was on issue on Instagram's side of things, but it also could have been a problem with us. If this happens again, please open a ticket! We'd be happy to help.

We automatically have this feature already. No user is interacted with more than once.

How did the recent IG API changes affect this tool?

I was lucky enough to be one the early beta testers of this exceptional tool

First of all, I should say that I'm in love with it.

I'm in IG + CPA for quite a time already but never dealt with a web-based tool for my IG Campaigns
You don't need to pay extra money for VPS (too much hustle) and wait for configuring it. You just need to login to web based tool and that's it.

Some of the reviewers wrote that followplanner has a very strange proxy system. I don't think the same. FollowPlanner proxy system is the easiest one and even my neighbors lil kids can understand how to use it.

I liked the dashboard very much. It's clear and easy to navigate. You've all the tools right in front of you.

From my personal experience both DM and Stories tool is working good. While on beta testing I was running 3 accounts and without any issues. If you have any questions regarding the tool, they have huge Q&A and believe me, you can find answers on your questions there.

As for the price, this is definitely the best IG tool on the market currently!

I'm satisfied with it, hope OP will maintain such this quality for a very long time.

The main issue I'm having is finding a reliable proxy that works the Followplanner.

The residential IP tutorial no longer works consistently, and, frankly, OP hasn't been too helpful in terms of suggestions.

Considering it's the core element of their software, you'd imagine they have some suggestions on who to buy IPs from. Telling me to go into the marketplace doesn't do much when nobody sells residential or 3g/4g proxies, and any other proxies don't really work. Looks like it's being a costly expenditure for what it is... I'm curious what IPs are being used.

Any help here?

Want to get this but reading more and more about the Proxies. Did you find a solution? If so where?
