Sorry but I don't think so. I already grown many personal accounts which aren't very active(also my own) and I always got good followers rates(50-70 new organic followers a day). Which is a good rate for an “inactive“ account.

I use GMT2. And yes you have to put afford in it. Also I scaled up my Account nubmer after I sold some of my Accounts. I will make a update on it soon.

I used a bot for follow/unfollow. And it took me about 4 month to get 10k real followers.
