What inbox percentage do you project? Also how do we ensure that after we are done mailing you don't steal our lists? For noobs can you clarify the actual price per 1,000 emails sent? In the "contract" that we have to sign does it specifically say we can get a refund? Why can't we pay via paypal so we have some insurance you won't stiff us?

I make no claims or guarantees as to the inbox rate. There is no way to measure this metric and people claiming numbers are in fact making them up. With a good list and creative/template you will get a decent response. As I mentioned in the original post, we typically see a bounce rate around 1-2% with good lists so you can estimate that the remaining 98-99%.

The contract is between you (or your company) and my company, and is really just a written record of what you are paying for and what we are providing you. It's only a couple pages, not legal BS just itemized information. Refunds are only available for UNSENT email. That means if you put a 50% deposit and we only mail 1/4 of your list, you could be refunded for half of your deposit. The refund policy is also listed in the original post.

We have our own lists and sources for new data, and do not need to steal yours.

This is not a service for noobs; there are other mailers who are happy to work with the less experienced folks. If anything in the original post doesn't make sense to you, you probably should not use our service.

We can accept paypal payments if you have a verified account with them, however as I said before the only instance where refunds are issued are for unsent messages if we stop mailing your list either by your request or our decision.

Whats the criteria for established ? If you have the captial to use the service
and some common sense, I would assume you would be eligible.

Members who are trusted on this forum, because members will be basing their decisions based on what reviewers say, they need to be members who others here can trust.

You can send 50K basic text emails for $50...it's not huge capital requirements.

I do truly hope the OP grants more information in regard to this service. I might have good use of this. I run mostly gray hat, and all my leads are opt-in leads ... about 50% of which are even double-opt-in.

I'm tired to ESPs failing to keep promises.

Me too. My interest in using a 3rd party service is to shed the can spam responsibility to someone else.

If I had their IP's and timestamps (not even sure what timestamp means), it would probably be because I'd be pretty "intimate" with the list (i.e. my own opt-ins I collected) and would just mail them myself with my own mailer or aweber type deal.

Unfortunately no, because we do not mail scraped lists or lists that were acquired using means not compliant with can-spam. I am sure you could find someone here to mail that kind of list for you using a proxy mailer or botnet...i.e. blackhat method.

Keep in mind that most CPA networks require you to be can-spam compliant in mailings. While they're not going to police you, if an advertiser gets a few too many complaints the CPA network could give you the boot and withhold any money they were going to pay you.

You are welcome to PM me and ask me any questions you'd like, or just give the service a try. At $50 / 50K you only need like 1 conversion to break even and 2 to make a profit.

A timestamp is a text string containing the date and time...in the case of an opt-in list, it would be what we use to prove that the person did in fact opt in should we receive a complaint.

If you are gathering valid email leads it isn't very difficult to build a solid list. You can do so by giving away freebies, having a contest or something like "sign up to find out more" on a website.

Harvested lists not only have crap response rates compared to a real opt-in list, but a lot of the emails are spam traps, fakes or dead. I'd say over 30% of them are going to bounce at SMTP time, 10% are fake, 10% are dead/throwaways and the rest...who knows. You probably wouldn't even get a single conversion at all with a 50K harvested list drop; you'd need to mail 500K or more just to see any action.
