OK, so I am only 14years old. I have a paypal account which I use to sell things. I sold this guy an item for $216. He sent me the money I sent him the item its all gucci. I used the money the day I got it. A few days later he refunded it and I lost the case and now my account is in a negative balance. I just brushed it off thinking nothing would happen. Well today my mom got an email about it in the mail and she got mad at me. My family isn't the richest in the world so we can't just pay back the $216 willy nilly. I'm scared because she told me that the debt will continue to increase if I don't pay it. I am stuck and don't know what to do. How do I stop paypal from sending letters to my house because if my dad found that letter I would be in huge ass trouble. Will the debt increase? What will happen if I don't pay the debt back? Will it affect my credit score? P.s I didn't put a credit card on the account. Please help with advice

What do I call them for? Like what do i say?
But I already lost the case from the refund. I'm not sure they will understand. And do I have to pay back the money? Even though it was taken from me wrongly?

On the bright side, PP has no recourse generally to collect as you are a minor.

Yeah, basically. If you have proof that you posted it you should provide it to them to prove that it was sent out, that should have been the end of it.
You need to call them ASAP, that should be the first thing you do. Why don't you want to call them?

What you sold for 216$? I assume it is not virtual? So if you dropship item, buyer needed to send back item to seller, or to you. So you can resell item and get some money. If you sold something visual, that sorry mate, I smell scam, I cannot understand what super virtual thing can have 14 years old.
