Let me explain again:

For example: I want to add 100 Twitter accounts to a VPS. However, I have a problem:

I tried creating a Twitter PVA account with an IP address from Asia. Then, I tried logging in this account with an IP address (by using a VPN website) from USA.
Then, Twitter asked me some security questions like A PHONE NUMBER I registered with this account or A PHONE CONFIRMATION, etc.
