i got my adwords account without issues and in time (i asked how long it would take, and he said 2 days, and thats when he delivered).
however after i started the campaign, i logged in the next day and it was suspended for billing issues so i suppose the card or coupon had a problem. i think the coupons date was actually expired tho google still took it, so not sure if thats the issue.

Stay away from this guys. I ordered 2 months ago, after 1 day running my email get suspended. He promise to send the refund but until now I haven't receive any money from him.
