Google adwords suspended for circumventing system?

Recently Few of my new adwords account got suspended for circumventing systems ?
what does circumventing system means exactly ? Can any one explain me am i getting wrong somewhere ? or what mistakes am i doing ? Is it anything related to the same hosting i am using for all domains ? Any Guidence would be appreciated .

I got you here , I use fresh ips ,fresh emails ,fresh banking but same hosting , I am not very sure why i am stuck ? May be the same banking address could be the reason for circumventing systems as in this case the banking address was same . That's what i figure out just now .

You asked what circumventing the system meant. Circumventing the system means cheating. You admit you circumvented their system and are surprised you got caught. If you do something that is blackhat, you have to accept the risk of being caught and just move on.

I think you should contact Google AdWords support system they can help you better.

If I am not mistaken I think circumventing would be buying and selling the same ad space on the same network

This is what google describes circumventing systems .

Yes I do use cloaking , but not on the new account ,
I usually warm up account for a week and then cloak it ,
google is initially banning the account ,when its in 3 days review , that's the first review ,

How does google recognize circumventing , when i take every precautions of creating the new account with every new details like IP , banking info ,new website etc ?

Why would you even black hat with Adwords? It’s a tool worth potential millions if you know what you’re doing. You don’t need to make multiple Adwords accounts to make money, you just need one account with a profitable and scalable campaign and you’re set.
Don’t try to fool Google because Adwords is a tool you don’t want to be banned from, people need to take it more seriously, there’s a lot of money involved and google isn’t going to put up with policy breakers.

If google caught you are cloaking, your website content is not matched with your ads or if google linked you with some ban accounts like content, ad copied, ips or kw whatever it is you may be suspended for circumventing google adword system.

Circumventing systems means that Google is on to you, trying to manipulate the system. It usually relates to your cloaker set up. can also caused by using a bad safe site

hey bro i also had issues with google adwords in the past . i tried several things to run ads for niche which were against their policy but they always caught me and suspend my account . so i will suggest you to read their policy first . i think you cant fool google ad words with cloaking or any other method which is explicitly mentioned in their policy

Best is to go white hat with google or try with other networks . Bing is also very smart so be cautious .

Thanks for your comment. It was really helpful.

The thing is that I Have been using adwords with cloacker for the last 9 months, and now Im having problems. However I believe I was doing things wrong and now I'm getting better, so I'm optimistic.
The only thing I would need is a recommendation about how to make the switch from fake site to the money site after one week warming the account.

Can you please give me any tip about how to do it?
Just turning on the cloacker and that's all? Should it be done gradually?
