Hey George,
I am assuming you mean verified reviews getting deleted? We cover deletions for verified reviews for the first 3 days, although they shouldn't be deleted, if one does we can only replace it for free within the first 3 days. It would be replaced from a different account. All of our reviewers are real USA amazon prime members so this usually doesn't happen.
