Hello, for mobile traffic mainly SOI offers and for desktop mainly DOI.
We have also PPS offers but we give priority and pushing SOI and DOI first and PPS only in the case if no offer to show for some specific country/device or something.

Every new affiliate is contacted by affiliate manager on skype or email for a short conversation about traffic and rules - but many users not accepts and answers for manager - have you spoken with affiliate manager?

Your account is approved - it looks like its some skype issues because some users reported that they didnt get request from affiliate manager on skype, each day manager adds many new affiliates maybe microsoft started to think that manager is a bot or what and started to ghost skype request. Anyway you are account is approved and good to go. Sorry for these temp problems
