It says it checks backlinks has anyone used ahrefs and how does this compare? Seems like they are close to what I use them for.

I haven't been in the IM field for quite a while and just got back into it.
I'm currently using the free trial account, what's the allowed margin of error in terms of accuracy?
For example, SerpBook says I'm ranked 36 for a certain keyword but using incognito it's more like 65+.

Hi PandaDomo! Welcome to SerpBook! depending on the datacenter you are connected to, there may be a little discrepancy. You can also use the Spyglass tool to the left to take a look at the keyword.
