What are you guys using now that yahoo site explorer is dead? I've been (auto) scraping majesticseo, but I wonder if there is a better option. (seomoz and majesticseo were the two candidates I was picking from)

I've used Yahoo Site Explorer for quite some time to pull the .edu backlink profiles for various sites. This functionality has been broken for several days now and I'm afraid it might be gone for good. Any ideas on another good way to do this? Thanks guys... BH
