Hi everyone, What is the best tool to scrape facebook uid ??

I know I can't build a custom audience anymore using FB UID, but is there a tool I can use to do other things? Send personal msg, invite to events, invite to FB page, scrape more info, tag them in posts, anything at all?

I understand you can't convert Facebook uid to custom audience. Is that true? Is there a different solution to scraping uid's and targeting them? sending them direct msg? exporting their e-mails or anything like that?
