Targeting Facebook Page UIDs for custom audience

If I upload a bunch of UIDs of Facebook business pages as a custom audience, who ends up seeing the ads? All the page admins when they're using Facebook as the page, or will the ad also end up in their personal account? Anybody know? Thank you..

Or, if not, is there anyway to identify the page owner's personal Facebook UID from the page's UID?

If you upload bunch of UID's of FB users, these user also see the Add.
This users could also include admins, you can't filter it.
I am using Social Network Data Mining tool at sndm.sk.
It is a pretty useful online tool.
