Extracting Page Likes / Importing as Custom Audience?

Hi friends I have a question:


Scraping Facebook UID?s of a Facebook page is not working any longer for some time now. So how do you guys import scraped Likes into your Facebook ads.


Simply, how can you extract the Likes from a page and import them as Custom Audience into your own Facebook ads?


Any help would be great, thank you so much.

I know how to extract the UID's from a page. But because it's not longer possible to import UID's I am seriously wondering if there is another trick.
