FB Lead Chef & Facebook UID/Email Crisis - Please Help!

Hey Team!

I wanted to ask if any has a solution to the current crisis we are experiencing on Facebook?

Basically as on Jan 2015 we could no longer upload UIDs, the solution to this was we could upload facebook user emails, the kind that basically included a users username 'at' facebook.

Then came the changes at Facebook about a month ago!!! This forced FBLeadChef to change meaning we could only extract emails as the userid at facebook e.g. 12349085907 at facebook The trouble with this was facebook DOES NOT accept them!!!

Does any one know of a working user id to facebook email converter? Or does anyone have any solutions to this issue we are experiencing? Does anyone currently use FBLeadChef successfully with the new Lychee API subscription they released a few weeks ago?

Don,

Facebook no longer allows users to upload UID's as a custom audience without an App ID, additionally utilizing facebook emails are low match or no match. How does your software work around this issue?

Now FB Lead Chef need a Lychee API License , you need buy the Lychee API License.

Custom audiences have been a pain in my ass lately. The reach sucks and gets dried out after a few weeks of the same audience across accounts. I have found it better to just use their targeting of behaviors and interests of the users instead. Have you tried that?
