YouTube Shorts + CPA offers?

I have been trying to grow an instagram account with not much success. The plan was to sell the account later, but I am stuck at 2.5k followers using follow and unfollow...so maybe I should try YouTube Shorts, my question being where do you put the link to your landing page?

How to avoid getting banned in YouTube? Do I need proxies or something? What keywords can I search on YouTube to see examples of Shorts thst promote cpa offers, affiliate links or content lockers?

Is shorts allowing you links? I heard that they stopped links.
