[WTH]Modify a Wordpress blog | HTML/PHP Skills required

Hey folks,
I have a wordpress blog setup and running. What I want is
to have it look more eyecandy.
I'd like a couple of widgets and elements added to it to make it luk
pro yet simple & elegant.

I have all the data, resources and everything ready but I
lack time to do it and so I need someone to do it for me.

lemme know what you've got and we can fix a deal...
